The Dependant Pass is for individuals working or doing business in Singapore and holding an EP (Employment Pass), S Pass, or EntrePass. Those with a Dependant Pass can apply for their spouses and children under 21. Children of Dependant Pass holders cannot enroll directly in Singapore government primary or secondary schools but are eligible to take the government AEIS exam for possible admission to government schools.

Dependant Pass Eligibility Criteria
The sponsor's salary must be at least SGD 6000.
No educational requirements.
For dependents holding DP (Dependant Pass) based on EP or EntrePass, if they wish to work in Singapore, they must apply for the relevant work pass (EP, SP, or WP) and are no longer eligible to work solely based on LOC. Regarding the application for Permanent Residency (PR), EP and SP holders can apply independently or choose to apply as dependents along with the sponsor.
